We rented a Subaru XV for 2 weeks and felt that it was a good car to traverse the Dominica roads and we drove almost around the entire island and were driving everyday, including up and down some rough roads. Halfway through our trip we got a flat tire (the side of the tire got a cut at some point) and notified the rental company as soon as we noticed. We were far from the rental office and they immediately started to arrange for a replacement tire. The shops were closed at the time so the tire came from a friend, until they were able to get the permanent replacement a few days later. They drove across the island to replace the tire and then once the permanent replacement was attained, they arranged for someone to meet us at our accommodations  to replace it. It was really easy to communicate with them and I was very impressed with the level of customer service we received from the time we reached out to make the reservation to when we dropped off the car at the end of the trip.
